Virtual Items
Virtual products — like our Gift Vouchers, Memorial Page (Add-on), and Page Hosting — do not incur any shipping charges.
Return Policy
Our Precious Memories have made every effort to ensure that the service provided is of the highest standard.
For whatever reason, should you wish to cancel your Dedicated Memorial Page, simply contact us giving 30 days notice to deactivate your service, the service used up to the date of cancellation will not be refunded.
